I learned a wonderful lesson this week. I was with my worship team in our practice. One of our worship leaders cannot play any instrument but she can sing and lead the congregation in worship wonderfully. Suddenly, a dilemma came to us, how our worship leader will coordinate with people who play musical instruments? I know it is very crucial because of following reasons:  Sometime worship leader sings but instrumental music will not go along.  Worship leader wants to repeat the songs or certain part of the songs repeatedly and take church into deep worship  but instrumental musicians do not understand it. Consequently, instrumental music may stop, worship leader may struggle.  Lack of coordination will disturb the flow of worship and the congregation too.                             Most often, worship leader will communicate to instrumental musicians that we will sing the entire song two times and chorus will be three times or something like this.
